We are pleased to announce that commencing with the first issue (Volume 1, Number 1), the “Innovative Management Journal” has been accepted by the National ISSN Center of Poland, a member of the International Organization for Standardization, and will be issued by the Poznan University College of Business twice a year.

The “Innovative Management Journal” provides an international forum for contemporary management innovations and developments. We want to build a creative discourse around theory and practice, based on a global exchange of knowledge and experience.

Our contributors are the most valuable element of the journal. In this issue you can read about globalization and culture shock. I trust that our journal will provide our readers insights into theories, skills, innovations and developments related to business management.
